Pastor Nicolé began her career as a social worker, earning B.S.S.W. and M.S.W. degrees from the University of Tennessee and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. After discerning a call to ordained ministry, Pastor Nicolé entered the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, graduating with a Master of Divinity degree. In 2012, she was ordained by the ELCA and installed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Los Alamos, New Mexico. She has served the Rocky Mountain Synod on the candidacy committee, the trauma response team, and on the Boards of Lutheran Family Services and Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp. She has also served on the Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board and as facilitator for the Ministerial Alliance of Los Alamos.
Pastor Nicolé will be accompanied by her husband, Ray. She also has two adult children. Pastor Nicolé loves running, hiking, and mountain biking.

Sam has worked in public education for over 25 years, he started as a classroom teacher and is now a Dean for Douglas County High School. Sam has an MA degree in Education from San Diego State University and a BA degree from the University of California, San Diego.
Sam resides with his wife and three boys in the beautiful town of Palmer Lake, along with the family dog and cat. He enjoys camping, skiing, and taking road trips with his family, and will never pass on an opportunity to explore the incredible state of Colorado.
Tamara is a non-stipend director who is passionate about serving everyone at Trinity through the various Engage Groups. She also coordinates The Venue at Trinity which allows everyone a reasonably priced venue for weddings, celebrations, meetings, etc. She also manages Trinity Community Park from design, construction and programing.

Tamara has been at Trinity since 1992 where she and her husband, Ron, raised their two children. Tamara enjoys being outside in God’s amazing creation and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

Patsy ran an in-home daycare program for 38 years for children 10 and under. She has been a Christian Ed Coordinator.

Both of them have been at Trinity for over 30 years helping with children’s ministry from Sunday Children’s Message, KidVenture activities, fun family events, and everything in between.

Melissa has come to Trinity as a blessing with over 25 years years working with youth. She created and implemented lesson plans for weekly services, organized youth programs, and coordinated outreach initiatives as Children's Ministry Director for six years. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology.

Melissa is a non-stipend coordinator in charge of our Youth Group for both Wednesday nights, Sundays and all the FUN events.

Barbara Ireland was born and raised on Long Island, New York. In 1987, she moved to Colorado where she met and married her husband. She has 2 children, and her son moved out to California recently. Her daughter lives with them (she is also their tech support), here in the Springs.
She brings 30+ years of accounting experience with her.

Since moving to Colorado she has worked for a variety of companies, mostly schools and churches. Presently, she also works (part time) at a Church in Downtown Colorado Springs and has been there for 7 & ½ years.
She enjoys spending time with her horses, cats, and traveling with her husband and children. She can also be found riding with her husband on their Can-Am Motorcycle.
