In Philippians 4:6-7, Paul reminds us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Prayer is a central part of the Christian lifestyle. But often we turn God into a prayer vending machine where we ask for things and God is expected to give them to us. But prayer is much more than that. Prayer is direct communication with God that becomes the center of our relationship with God.
At “Hands Wide Open,” kids will engage in a variety of activities that include worship, games, songs, and crafts. Each day will be packed with opportunities for fun, friendship, and faith-building experiences.
