Trinity’s heart is our community which values family and relationships, which makes this the perfect fit for your event. There is not a better place to bring those together for a future bride or groom or a local community event. We have an affordable facility that can be decorated simply or as elegantly as you envision. We are here to make your event the best it can be! The Venue at Trinity can accommodate a small intimate ceremony as well as well as larger gatherings

SPACES AND AMENITIES
Sanctuary
Our Sanctuary has amazing views of Pikes Peak and is an ideal venue that offers space for up to 400 guests. High vaulted ceilings with beautiful exposed wood beams.

Mountain View Lawn Area
Beautiful acres of land to the west of our main building with views of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak. A large green area next to our newly built playground area is ideal for an outdoor ceremony and/or a reception. Can accommodate a large gathering with lots of space.
The Courtyard
This is a great location for a cocktail hour or ceremony site with mountain views. There is access to the Reception Hall to create an indoor/outdoor wedding feature.

Reception Hall
High vaulted ceilings with large windows to bring in natural light. Ideal for any event large or small from wedding receptions, anniversaries, graduations and so much more. Maximum capacity is 250 people, but seated comfortably 180 people. Easy access to the outdoor patio courtyard to give multiple opportunities for more guests. Full kitchen is available for caterer
Bridal Lounge & Groom Hang-Out Rooms
The Bridal Lounge and Family Room are on the north wing with their own restrooms, mirrors, vanities and access. Allows the bridal party privacy while getting ready.
The Groom Hang Out Room is located on the south wing with their own restrooms, outdoor space and area to hang out.

Included in the venue rates:
- Exclusive access to any of our community spaces.
- Professional coordination the day of the event by Events with MK.
- Access to property for rehearsal.
- Access to property for photo shoot sessions.
Other Rental Details:
- Venue rental based on consecutive hours which includes setup, event and take down. Guests depart one hour prior to ending time.
- Nationally recognized holidays are a Saturday rate.
- Events must end by 11pm on Friday and Saturday, 10pm Sunday-Thursday
- Trinity will try to accommodate all special requests to make your event perfect.
- Parking lot accommodates 160 vehicles, plus street parking.
- Piano use upon request.
- Trinity is a non-smoking and drug free facility.
- Military and non-profits receive 1 additional hour at no charge.
- Trinity Lutheran Church members receive a discount.
Add on options:
- Available for an additional fee: Tech Team for sound board, visual tv screens, livestream, etc.
- Your event rental package can be customized and designed by Events with MK to make your day flawless.
Event Planner
All reception events are required to meet and coordinate with our event planner, Events with MK, who is responsible for logistical details surrounding the event. The event planner will meet with you to discuss details of your event, explain policies and procedures, and review fees.
Events with MK’s goal is to walk you through the planning of your event at Trinity to make your day spec pal.
Events with MK prides themselves on crafting exceptional events that are not easily forgotten. They recognize each event is unique, so you can inquire with them about adding their planning and design services to completely customize your day.
