MINISTRY AND OPERATIONS TEAM

COUNCIL

The church council is a governing body that provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the congregation. The council meets monthly to discuss and make decisions on a wide range of matters. These include spiritual guidance, church policies, budget and finances, community outreach, and the maintenance of church property. The council also works to ensure that the church’s mission and vision are effectively carried out, addressing the needs of the congregation and the wider community.

STRATEGY

The Strategy Team holds accountability for long-range planing, goal-setting, and special projects.

INCLUSION AND RECONCILING

The Inclusion and Reconciliation Team formed in 2022 with a small group of members whose hearts were stirred to dig deeper into what it means as disciples of Christ to truly welcome and include all. They discuss various materials on inclusive topics and currently meet bi-monthly.

FACILITIES

The Facilities Team is accountable to oversee the care, maintenance and updates to the property. They ensure the facilities and properties are well maintained and welcoming to all.

WORSHIP AND MUSIC

The Worship and Music Team strives to make the Trinity Lutheran Church worship experience welcoming and spiritually fulfilling to all. This team focuses on worship logistics and procedures, sound, and livestream.

There is also a Youth Praise Team that performs monthly, if you want to join with vocals or music talents, let is know!

FINANCE

The Finance Team operates on behalf of Trinity Lutheran Church to provide effective and accountable financial management of Trinity’s business matters.  The team participates in the development of sound plans to support the church’s mission.  It also encourages good stewardship guidelines in the use of the congregation’s resources.

COMMUNICATIONS

The Communications Team oversees and supports the forms of communication Trinity Lutheran Church puts forth to the community. This includes advertising, marketing, branding, our published materials, annual report, banners, and social media.
